iPhone 7 Release Date, News and Rumors

iPhone 7: A Look At Apple's BIG 2016 Update
Apple iPhone 7 will be one of the next year's most important new smartphones. While it's still too early to get excited about this unannounced handset, the rumors are already starting to emerge - and we've collected them all for your below.

# iPhone 7 Release Date Rumor: When Is the iPhone 7 Coming Out?
With the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus unveiled on 9 September 2015, and the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus on the 9 September 2014, it doesn't take a genius to work out that the iPhone 7 will come in September 2016. And it's much more Apple-like to unveil new products on a Tuesday. One might think it will on either Tuesday 6 September 2016 or Tuesday 13 September 2016, probably the later.

# iPhone 7 with Waterproof Protection?
It is possible the new iPhone 7 could be waterproof. In March 2015 a new patent revealed that Apple is investigating ways to make future iPhones waterproof without needing to compromise on the design, a change that never made it into the 6s and 6s Plus.

# iPhone 7 to Get an e-SIM?
Another touted feature for the latest iPhone that didn't see daylight and may be reserved for the iPhone 7 is that it will have an e-SIM. Recent reports suggest that it could be the end of days for the traditional SIM card, with a possible introduction of a simpler option.

# iPhone 7 with Sidewall Display?
There are some rumors to suggest that the iPhone could have some new design features. The speculation about a new design stems from an Apple patent that was published in 2015. It describes what Apple calls "Sidewall Displays", similar to the display found on the Galaxy Note Edge, S6 Edge and S6 Edge +.

# iPhone 7 with a Touch ID Display?

Another rumor that was sparked by an Apple patent is that the iPhone 7's Touch ID fingerprint sensor, which is usually situated beneath the Home button, could be built-in to the entire display, eliminating the need for a Home button and making room for a larger display without enlarging the overall size of the smartphone.

# iPhone 7 with Edge-to-Edge Display?
The latest rumor comes from a concept video by DeepMind of what an iPhone 7 would look like with an edge-to-edge display. And it looks pretty cool.

Nexus 6P vs Nexus 5X: Which One is Right for You?

This year Google has unveiled not one but two new Nexus phones, with a successor to both last year's Nexus 6 and 2013's Nexus 5. The Nexus 5X is an affordable 5.2-inch handset while the Nexus 6P is a pricier 5.7-inch phablet. Both Nexus phones stand out on their own in a sea of good choices. How do they compare against each other? Let's take a look.
Nexus 6P vx Nexus 5X: Specs

There is no question about it, the Nexus 6P is clearly the better of the two phones from an internal spec point of review. It packs the excellent Snapdragon 810 processor and Adreno 430 GPU along with 3GB of LPDDR4 RAM. It also comes in three storage sizes starting with a respectable 32GB and includes 64GB and 128GB options.

>> Nexus 6P vs Nexus 5X: Design
Of the two handsets, the Nexus 6P is undoubtedly the most eye-catching, with its full metal body and bulging lip. At 7.3mm thick the Nexus 6P is also a little slimmer than the 7.9mm Nexus 5X.

>> Nexus 6P vs Nexus 5X: Display
The Nexus 5X has a 5.2inch FHD LCD with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 at 423 ppi. The Nexus 6P, on the other hand, is clearly designed for those who want a phablet. It's got a 5.7inch WQHD AMOLED display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 at 518 ppi.

>> Nexus 6P vs Nexus 5X: Camera
Both phones feature a 12.3 MP, 1.55 pixels, F/2.0 aperture rear camera that shoots 4K video. They both also have dual-LED flash and laser auto-focus. Where the phones differ is in the front camera. The 5X offers a 5MP, 1.4 pixels, F/2.0 front lens, while the 6P bumps that up to a 8MP, 1.4 pixels, F//2.4 aperture front lens.

>> Nexus 6P vs Nexus 5X: Battery & Connectivity
As far as connectivity, each phone features exactly the same innards: 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, and a USB Type-C connector. The 5X has a smaller battery at 2,700 mAh versus the 6P's 3,450 mAh battery.

>> Nexus 6P vs Nexus 5X: Price

In Conclusions
There's a whole lot of differences between the Nexus 5X and the Nexus 6P beyond just their screen sizes. The 6P has a more premium metal build, a higher-resolution display, more power and a bigger battery. That said, it's also more expensive and less pocket-friendly.

What are your thoughts? Would you choose the Nexus 6P or the Nexus 5X? Regardless of your decision, there is one tool you'll need, Jihosoft Phone Data Transfer. With it, you can easily transfer contacts, SMS messages, photos, videos, music and more from old phone to the new Nexus 6P or 5X.

HTC One A9 vs One M9: Should You Upgrade?

Earlier this year HTC released the HTC One M9, a gorgeous smartphone with a metal unibody. Now the company is back with its new smartphone, HTC One A9, expected to be a new flagship to replace the M9. The A9 is actually more of a higher-mid-range device, and with a similar design to the iPhone. How does the new model compare to the M9, and should you upgrade? This blog will line them both up to find out.

 >> HTC One A9 vs One M9: Design and Build
The HTC One A9 and M9 both come with a full metal body. The A9 measures 145.75 x 70.8 x 7.26MM, while the M9 measures 144.6 x 69.7 x 9.61mm. So the A9 is larger than the M9, but slimmer and lighter. The A9 has a flat back, whereas the M9 is curved. The A9 comes in Opal Silver, Topaz Gold, Deep Garnet and Carbon Gray. The M9 comes in Gunmetal Grey, Gold or dual-tone Gold on Silver.

>> HTC One A9 vs One M9: Power and Hardware
The HTC One A9 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 chipset, with either 2 or 3GB of RAM. The HTC One M9 has a SD810 chipset, with 3GB of RAM. Both handsets offer a microSD card slot, but there are two versions of the A9: the 2GB model has 16GB storage, the 3GB has 32GB storage. The HTC One M9 has 32GB as standard.

>> HTC One A9 vs One M9: Software
The HTC One A9 launched on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, with a special version of Sense 7. The HTC One M9 sits on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Sense 7.

>> HTC One A9 vs One M9: Display
Both the A9 and the M9 have a 5-inch display and both offer a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, for 440ppi. However, the HTC One A9 uses an AMOLED panel, whereas the One M9 is an LCD panel.

>> HTC One A9 vs One M9: Camera
Both the A9 and the M9 have the 4-megapixel UltraPixel camera on the front of selfies. But there are different on the rear. The HTC One A9 has a 13-megapiexal rear camera with an F/2.0 aperture and offering optical image stabilization. The HTC One M9 has a 20-megapixel F/2.2 camera. The HTC One A9 offers Full HD video, but the One M9 will give you UHD 4K.

>> HTC One A9 vs One M9: IR Blaster and Fingerprint Scanner
One of the great additions on the One A9 is a fingerprint scanner. The One M9, however, has an IR blaster, meaning you can control your TV.

>> HTC One A9 vs One M9: BoomSound Shakedown

The HTC One A9 ditched BoomSound speaker for a single on the bottom of the handset, as opposed to the M9, with its front-firing stereo speakers.

Final Verdict
The new model is likely to be a great strategy to compete. Also, it looks like HTC's chance to save its smartphone business. With great specs upgrades and some smart decisions made by the company, the HTC One A9 is expected to gauge good sales.

How to Use Apple’s New Move to iOS App

Ready to make a switch to the latest iPhone 6s or 6s Plus, but have all your personal data stuck in your old Android phone? Here's what you need - Move to iOS app. Along with the launch of iOS 9, Apple introduced this free app to make it easier to transfer your contacts, text messages, calendar, camera photos and videos, web bookmarks, and mail accounts from Android to iPhone.

Before you begin, you should know that the option to transfer data from an Android phone with Move to iOS is only available on devices running iOS 9 or higher. Also, your Android version should be 4.0 or above.

Guide on How to Move Data from Android to iPhone with Move to iOS App

1. Set up your new iPhone 6s or 6s Plus as normal. When you reach the screen titled Apps & Data, select the Move Data from Android option.
2. In the screen of Move from Android, tap Continue and wait for a ten-digit code to appear.

3. On your old Android phone, go to Google Play Store and search for Move to iOS. Install and open the app.
4. Tap Continue on Android phone, read the terms and conditions that appear and tap Agree, then tap Next in the screen of Find Your Code.

5. Now enter the code displayed on the iPhone. Now the Android phone will connect with the iPhone over a Wi-Fi Direct connection.
6. On your Android phone, select the data you would like to move to your iPhone and then tap Next.
7. Now the Move to iOS app will transfer the selected Android data over to the iPhone and then place the content into the correct apps.

8. Once the transfer process is complete, tap Done on your Android phone, then tap Continue Setting Up iPhone on your iPhone and follow the onscreen steps to finish setting it up.

More Tips
