1. Download and install the free HTC Transfer Tool from the Play Store on both your old Android device and new HTC One M9.
2. Run the app on your HTC One M9, go to Settings > Get content from another phone> Other Android phone> Full transfer, then tap Next to proceed.

3. Run HTC Transfer Tool on your old Android phone, the app will automatically detect your new HTC One M9. When the two devices connected, click Next.
